Search your creator or brand name and verify its channel URLs before subscribing or connecting accounts.
Use the search bar on Socialstats. Check a familiar channel and post to confirm you found the intended creator. Similar display names can belong to different people or brands.
If the creator is missing, send Support its name and direct YouTube, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok URLs. For a roster, provide the creator names alongside their corresponding channel links.
For duplicate results, send both Socialstats URLs and identify the correct channels. For an existing profile with a wrong handle or channel, use correcting profile links.
