Send Support your profile link and the biography, photo or name you want to update.
Using your phone? Open these settings in the Socialstats app, or use the links below on a computer.
Email Socialstats Support with your Socialstats profile URL and the exact replacement name or biography. For a photo, attach an image you are authorized to use. For a rebrand, include your updated official channel links.
These corrections update your Socialstats profile. Update your bio, name or photo on the original social platforms separately.
If a channel points to the wrong account, use the editing controls in Profile Settings → Channels. See Connect your social channels for instructions.
