Delete your Socialstats account
Delete your personal account from Account Settings. Cancel any renewing subscriptions first.
Using your phone? Open these settings in the Socialstats app, or use the links below on a computer.
- Cancel subscriptions or trials, including any purchased through Apple or Google Play.
- Open Account Settings → Account and scroll to Account Removal.
- Choose Delete Account, read the confirmation and continue only when you are ready.

Deleting your login is separate from removing a public Socialstats creator profile. For incorrect profile information, ask Support to correct the public listing.
If you cannot sign in to request deletion, contact Support from your account email.
