Download website invoices from Subscriptions; update company details in Billing.
Using your phone? Open these settings in the Socialstats app, or use the links below on a computer.
For website invoices, open Account Settings → Subscriptions and choose the subscription’s invoice control. In My Invoices, select the invoice you need and use Download Invoice.
For company details, open Account Settings → Billing. Update the name, address or tax information shown there and choose Save Billing before the next invoice is issued.
For an Apple or Google Play purchase, use that provider’s receipt and payment settings. Changing website billing details does not rewrite an app-store receipt.
If an existing invoice needs a correction, contact Support with the invoice reference and exact change. Do not send full card details.
